Private Viewings
Furnish. Vintage Home Boutique, LLC operates from a home-based studio in North Port St. Lucie. We love meeting new people and showing off our vintage treasures. We are happy to schedule appointments for private viewings of our vintage rental inventory. Please contact us directly at [email protected] to schedule an appointment. We offer three beautiful afternoon tea tableware packages: The Charming Table, The Elegant Table and The Sophisticated Table. Colors and patterns provided in the packages are mixed.
Rental Reservation Agreement
- To officially secure and confirm your rental reservation, both the customer and Furnish. Vintage Home Boutique, LLC must receive and agree upon the deposit and the rental agreement.
- We will reserve rental items only when we receive the signed rental agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer of the TOTAL rental order. This retainer secures our services for the specified date and time as well as the customer’s chosen rental items.
- Rental quotes and inventory availability are subject to change at any time until we officially place and confirm your rental reservation.
- The final non-refundable payment for a customer’s rental order is due 14 days prior to the event delivery date.
- The final rental balance due includes the remaining 50% of the total rental order.
- If the remaining balance due on the rental reservation is not paid 14 days prior to the reservation date, Furnish. Vintage Home Boutique, LLC will cancel the reservation due to lack of payment, and the client’s non-refundable retainer will not be returned.
- If customer requires an extension to make the final payment, please contact Furnish. Vintage Home Boutique, LLC immediately to make alternate arrangements and/or adjustments to the rental reservation. Both the customer and Furnish. Vintage Home Boutique, LLC must agree to all written changes in the reservation agreement.
- Customers can make changes to the rental reservation agreement up to 14 days prior to the event, subject to availability. Additionally, based on availability, they can add, exchange, or swap rental items up to 14 days prior to the event.
- *If the customer wishes to remove rental item(s) from the original agreement, the retainer or deposit paid is non-refundable. * Please consider time constraints, as Furnish. Vintage Home Boutique, LLC will have a limited opportunity to rent these reserved item(s) to another party.
- We provide rentals for a three (3) night period at no extra cost to allow ample time for setup, styling, and breakdown at the end of the event.
- We will charge an additional flat fee of 25% of the total order for each additional day longer than the three (3) night period,
Delivery/ Pick-up
- Furnish. Vintage Home Boutique, LLC offers delivery/pickup services throughout the Treasure Coast area of Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, Jensen Beach and Stuart.
- Standard delivery and pick-up hours are 10:00am – 10:00pm.
- Delivery/Pick-up within this area is charged a flat fee of $60. Delivery and Pick-up services include:
- Driving to your venue.
- Delivering all the rental items to the venue or property.
- Driving back to the Furnish. Vintage Home Boutique, LLC home-based studio.
- Returning to the venue or event property to remove items at conclusion of the event.
- Driving back to the Furnish. Vintage Home Boutique, LLC home-based studio.
- Time and labor to unload the vehicle and place the items back into inventory.
- Alternatively, customers are welcome to pick up and drop off rental items at our home-based studio at an arranged time, at no cost.
- Rental items will be delivered to one area of the property and grouped together for client or coordinator specific placement. Furnish. Vintage Home Boutique, LLC offers detailed setup services and comprehensive inventory placement for an additional fee based on set-up time.
- The customer providing an accurate floor plan/site map is optional but appreciated to ensure accuracy.
- The customer will provide accurate information regarding the drop off location. Additional fees may be assessed if drop off conditions include excessive distance from the delivery vehicle, moving or carrying items up and down stairs and delivery or pickup of items beyond our standard delivery hours of 10:00am to 10:00pm.
Tabletop Cleaning
- We ask that all china, tableware, glassware, silverware, serving ware, etc. be scraped and/or wiped clean before return to Furnish. Vintage Home Boutique, LLC.
- All tabletop items including plates, silverware, teapots, teacups, saucers, silverware, serving pieces, and stemware should be cleaned of all food, liquid, and stains at time of pick-up.
- All rental item(s) should be available upon pick-up, clean and repackaged in the original delivery method and containers.
Damages and Loss
- Customer shall use all property in a careful and proper manner and shall return the property in the same condition and good repair as when received. Customer hereby assumes all risk of loss and damage to the property from any cause whatsoever.
- We understand accidents happen. Please contact us immediately if an item is compromised in any way; so, we can assess the damages and attempt to rectify the issue. We will thoroughly examine and photo document all rental inventory at time of pickup.
- Responsibility of the rental item(s) remains with the customer from the time of delivery/pick up until the time of return/drop-off. Customer agrees that all rentals are protected from weather at all times and secured when not in use.
- If any of the rental pieces are at an outdoor event, all inventory MUST be moved inside or under proper cover should the weather become inclement.
- If damage to our inventory occurs due to exposure to intemperate, unsatisfactory or other poor weather conditions, the customer will be held responsible for the damage(s) or other fees, according to the terms and conditions of the rental contract.
- In the event a rental item is lost or returned to Furnish. Vintage Home Boutique, LLC stained, damaged, cracked or in broken condition, the customer will be charged FIVE (5) TIMES the rental cost of the piece or the actual replacement cost of the rental item(s). Customer agrees to provide a valid credit card number at time of reservation, which will be charged by Furnish. Vintage Home Boutique, LLC for repair of damages, cleaning, or the total replacement cost of the rental item(s).
- If the customer’s credit card on file is rejected, declined or inaccurate, Furnish. Vintage Home Boutique, LLC will reach out to the client immediately to resolve the issue.
- If the issue cannot be resolved amicably, Furnish. Vintage Home Boutique will take any actions necessary to recoup their losses.
- The customer acknowledges that Furnish. Vintage Home Boutique, LLC offers vintage items with limited inventory and shall not be liable in the event an item is no longer available because of loss or damage caused while customer is in possession of rental item(s).
